Our skilled and established prefabrication pipe welding and fitting experts are fully trained in their disciplines and equipped with the necessary plant, tools and machinery required to carry out contracts in a competent and professional manner. Stringent procedures are employed to ensure that the highest standards of workmanship are always achieved whilst adhering to strict health and safety practices.

PLUMBING & PIPEWORK

ICG offer all riser and shell and core mechanical pipework that is either prefabricated on site or at our factory. Our engineers will convert on site drawings into isometric projections to be issued to our welders who will then prefabricate all pipework to be fitted on site. All of our welders are class I and class II certified. Once fabricated, all pipework is checked and signed off by our quality assurance team.

With our sound knowledge of boiler houses, chiller plant and mains water services, we are able produce pipework with minimal amount of welding to be done on site. If any alterations to the pipework are required, we can provide a welder on site to deal with these changes, or the pipework can be taken off site, depending on the importance and the amount of changes. We can then give this our utmost priority to ensure a quick turnaround.
